When researching with customers what they value when working with us, a theme became apparent, that centered on empathy and flexibility yet structured and dependable.<\/p>\n

Looking to the natural world for inspiration and a love of all things rocky, it was clear igneous rock shared similar attributes.<\/p>\n\t

Andesite, like other rocks in the basalt family starts it’s journey deep down, in a fluid state where it rises up and begins changing structure into something that flows around existing things. In time it cools, becoming malleable and then finally solidifies into hard rock that endures.<\/p>\n

Andesite Consulting has an identity founded in meeting everyone where they are, providing the structure they need and then focusing on being a stable platform for them to soar from.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"Andesite2-removebg-preview\"\n\t
